Shipping and Delivery
Large items are available to our local Phoenix market with pick-up and delivery options available. There may be additional delivery fees for locations further than 20 miles from our warehouse. Smaller items (less than $20.00 shipping) can be shipped nationally. Please contact us directly if you would like to explore shipping a large item to your location.
Processing Times
Our targeted turn time is approximately 2-3 weeks. However, our processing times vary based on the project and current backlog. If we are experiencing delays, one of our staff members will provide an update with an estimated completion date.
We recommend using standard non-abrasive cleaning products to maintain Moderne products.
Moderne Design Group’s warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Moderne Design Group will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Moderne Design Group will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. The Warranty Period for products purchased from Moderne Design Group is 1 year from the date of purchase. This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. This Warranty applies to all products purchased from Moderne Design Group.
